RESEARCH

I found interviewing people was the most insightful.

I made some insightful gains through my fitness research.

I made some insightful gains through my fitness research.

Along with going to the gym to observe people's habits myself, I also had 4 people self-identity with an intensity level from 1-10. Having this quantitative data along with qualitative allowed me to see insights and correlations between each of them.
